Class Giving Progress

We all know that giving of all kinds and at all levels has a positive impact on our alma mater.  However, besides helping financially, it is important to remember that your gift helps determine the future and continued development of Georgetown.

This means that in addition to supporting the university’s programs and initiatives, helping improve the school’s ranking and helping to maintain the physical structure of the historic institution we call home, you are also giving someone else the opportunity of a valuable educational experience that they may not otherwise be able to attain.

These graphs below track giving participation rates for each class. Giving is calculated on the Georgetown fiscal year cycle, from July 1 - June 30. Each class has a donor goal based on historical performance and the size of the class. Classes celebrating a reunion year typically have loftier goals for that year.

Class-based solicitations and giving goals are a critical part of the strategy to support The Campaign for Georgetown and to increase Georgetown's overall alumni giving rate.
