Please join us for Georgetown University’s 15th Annual Wall Street Alliance Scholarship Dinner
The dinner will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at The Waldorf Astoria in New York City.
This year we are pleased to be honoring Rev. Otto H. Hentz, S.J. and The McBride Family. Father Hentz is a beloved theology professor who has served in various positions in the University over the last five decades. The McBrides’ history with Georgetown goes back 90 years and includes 26 alumni among them, boasting a total of 31 degrees. Both Father Hentz and the McBrides have continuously demonstrated a longstanding dedication to Georgetown and the Wall Street Alliance. In addition to our deserving honorees, we are pleased to announce that Anthony Mason (C’80), CBS News’ Senior Business Correspondent and co-host of “CBS This Morning: Saturday,” will serve as this year’s emcee.
The objective of our annual dinner is to raise funds for the Wall Street Alliance Scholarship Fund. Since the dinner began in 2001, the fund’s endowment has grown to more than $9 million dollars and has supported 68 deserving students to receive WSA Scholarships and pursue their undergraduate education at Georgetown University. In addition to the crucial finances raised each year, our dinner provides an excellent opportunity for Georgetown supporters and alumni to gather, network, and promote Georgetown to their colleagues within the global financial community.
