Application Process:

  • 1) Submit your application to the Georgetown University Applicant Tracking System

    • Ready to take the next step in your career? Start by visiting our Workday career site to explore open opportunities. Once you find a role that excites you, take a moment to review the job description, including the years of experience and responsibilities, to see how your skills align.
    • When you’re ready, click “Apply Online” to get started. You’ll be prompted to create a Workday profile, upload your resume, and share a bit about yourself. From there, you can easily track your application and stay connected as you move through the process.
  • 2) Advancement Interviewing & Process

    • Our interview process is designed to help you—and us—learn more about one another. After submitting your application, you may be invited to meet with a member of our Talent Management team or the hiring manager for an initial conversation to discuss your background, interests, and the role.
    • From there, selected candidates typically participate in a team interview, often in a panel-style format, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet potential teammates, learn more about our culture, and share how your experiences align with our mission. We aim to make the process collaborative, transparent, and welcoming—so you can feel confident every step of the way.
  • 3) Offer & New Hire Onboarding

    • After interviews are completed, the hiring manager will review all candidates and decide on the selected finalist. If chosen, you’ll first receive a verbal offer, followed by a formal written offer letter outlining the details of your new role.
    • Upon acceptance of your formal offer letter, our team may ask for references as a condition of your formal offer to be completed by the Talent Management team or Hiring Manager
    • Once your signed offer is received, our Talent Management team will begin your onboarding process and send communications to help you prepare for your first day. From completing paperwork to learning about Georgetown’s culture and community, we’re here to ensure a smooth and welcoming start to your journey.
