Benefits

From health and wellness, paid time off, tuition assistance, and much more, Georgetown University offers a variety of benefits to meet your and your family’s needs.

  • Health and Wellness

In addition to offering competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance programs, throughout the year, we provide a number of health and wellness programs to challenge our staff to put their health first. From the OA Community Board Health and Wellness Committee, wellness challenges, morning meditations, prayer sessions for various faiths, Walks with Charles, and wellness coaches, we encourage and support professionals to commit to valuing their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

  • Paid Time Off

We recognize that work-life integration is critical for promoting self-care and employee performance. We believe in taking restorative time away from work, spend time with family and friends, travel, or whatever else might center you. For our full-time professionals, we provide paid time off (PTO) for vacation and sick leave (combined) that is accrued throughout the year.

  • Tuition Assistance Program

After two years of continuous service, you are eligible to receive 90% tuition-assistance for select degree and certification programs at Georgetown University. Additionally, our managers provide work schedule flexibility, so that you can work and pursue your education. Do you have kids that will be entering college soon? If yes, the University extends the tuition assistance program (up to a certain percentage) to your children.

  • Retirement

We offer a 403(b) Retirement Plan to help you to invest in your future. We also partner with retirement plan experts that can help guide you on retirement best practices to plan for your future.

  • Employee Discounts

We partner with an external vendor to provide you with extra savings and discounts on electronics, entertainment, gym memberships, travel, and retail. Additionally, we provide special offers on auto, home, and pet insurance.
